
I’m Lucas, a UESCA-certified run coach and former collegiate distance runner. I’ve been running since I could walk—literally. My father was a professional runner, so it’s been a part of my life from the very beginning. I even spent half a decade working on the running teams for both adidas and Reebok.
I specialize in coaching runners across all distances from 1 mile up to the marathon. I also work with runners who aren’t necessarily focused on racing but want to make running a consistent and enjoyable part of their lifestyle.

My coaching philosophy is centered around helping you understand the why behind every run—what the goal is, what adaptation we’re targeting, and how it fits into your larger journey. Most importantly, I prioritize keeping you healthy, so your progress is sustainable.
All tmpo Running programs are individualized based on your background, goals, and current fitness. I’ll guide you through the key principles of endurance training; aerobic work, anaerobic work, recovery, proper running gear, and more so you can approach every run with clarity and confidence.

Monthly Virtual Coaching
$129/month or $400 for 4 months

Downloadable Programs
$50 one-time, up to 4 months in duration
•One 30-minute intro call to go over your goals, background, and scheduling preferences
